Performance and Entertainment Application
There shall be no vendor or site fees for performing artists who sale their own work, ie: tapes or CD’s as well as those performing for gratuities. Neither those promoting their own group and or organization. Distribution of flyers, pamphlets or other advertising materials shall be permitted by such artists.

We have few rules other than we should all have fun, the following however must be followed while on site:
1. Artist must be at their assigned places at times designated for performances.
2. Artist and their helpers shall be in appropriate dress and stay in persona during the entire event. Please no modern speech, there will be no exceptions.
3. Smoking shall be permitted at designated smoking areas only, ie: break area.
The undersigned hereby agrees to hold Harmless; the Washington Renaissance Fantasy Faire in Gig Harbor, the Village Artist, Partytime Entertainment, Inmedco Inc, or any staff or person involved with the Washington Renaissance Fantasy Faire in Gig Harbor; for any or all damages to persons and properties resulting from acts of God, loss, theft or vandalism. Or any injury or medical emergency. The above mentioned shall be persons, groups or organizations, shall be held harmless from any cause of action, claim or petition, filed in any court or administrative tribunal, arising out of said event, including all costs, attorneys fees, judgments or awards.
The undersigned hereby also agrees to abide by all rules or laws and shall cooperate with rules and guidelines provided by security and Faire administration.
